Returns and Refunds

Should your product/s arrive damaged, please get in touch with me using the information on the contact page, and I can arrange either a refund or replacement where applicable. I will require photos of the damage to any packaging and the product/s in order to place a claim with the courier.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible, and if your order hasn't been fulfilled, I shall issue you with a full refund. If your order is already on its way to you, you would need to return the items before any refund would be processed.

Products

For all orders - Please be aware due to living in a cosy, very small student flat with my partner, my business products reside at my mams in my room there to protect them. This means I can only access them once or twice a week due to costs of travelling in the car now. If an order is placed please allow a few days before products are shipped to accommodate this. Thank you of your patience.

Prints - Most prints are made to order to make sure they are in the best condition when shipped out. The prints are ordered from a local small business ran by other artists for artists who need products made. This means I have to wait a few days to collect the product/s before packaging and shipping them off to their new home to you! By buying a print and other products you are supporting not one small business but two so thank you for any orders you make. 
 

Shipping

I ship through Royal Mail. I ship to the UK and Internationally. International shipping does cost more, unfortunately. 

Please note that all orders are taken to the post office to be dispatched within 3-5 days of ordering. However, this could be up to 7 days as some products, like prints, will be made to order.  Certain products may have a longer wait time, such as handmade products that need to be made. You will know when I have taken and shipped your product at the post office, as you will receive a shipping confirmation email from me. Keep an eye on your spam folder. 

Standard Shipping

UK

Orders can take 2-5 working days and, at busy times, can take up to 7 working days. 

Internationally

Orders can take 3-5 working days to reach Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow 2-3 days extra at bust times.

I offer tracked and signed for now for both the UK and international for those who want their items ordered to be faster at getting to you, tracked or need a signature on arrival for that extra security, but be aware these options cost more than standard shipping.

If your order hasn't arrived in the time frame + 5 days after being dispatched please contact us by the contact form and we will get this sorted out.
